Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate administrative and clinical staff while managing all clinical, administrative, and operational functions. Oversee financial processes, recruit and train personnel, and ensure quality patient care by scheduling surgeries and treatments. Maintain OSHA compliance and support the team of professionals at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, a workplace recognized by Newsweek as America's Greatest Workplaces for 2024. The role requires minimum two years of supervisory experience in a medical office environment and current CPR certification.
