Job Summary
Manage a pipeline of 30-35 loans from opening to funding by confirming receipt in Loan Manager, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and advancing files to Missing Items or UW. Coordinate with loan officers, title companies, escrow agents, surveyors, and real estate agents to obtain additional documents, complete submissions, and perform closings. Track activities via RedZone, manage the pipeline through weekly reports, and ensure all loans are Ready for Docs within 14 days of application receipt. Report directly to the Processing Manager in a team of individual contributors, with a focus on hitting specific milestones such as loan approval within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive track record as a processor
- hands-on experience in qualifying applicants for both conventional and government loans
- Expert knowledge of standard loan practices, documents, and real estate terminology
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
