Job Summary
Develop and manage loan portfolios by originating loans in the Texas Panhandle trade area, conducting complex credit analyses, and making decisions on loan approval, structure, and pricing within delegated authority. Assist borrowers with credit needs, perform collections on assigned and portfolio loans, and execute loan servicing tasks including partial releases, reamortizations, and insurance claims. Ensure proper risk rating, maintain verified financial information on borrowers, and prepare closing packages while monitoring ad valorem taxes and collateral evaluations. This full-time in-office role in Amarillo, Texas requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of agricultural lending experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a loan officer or related agricultural lending experience
- General knowledge of accounting/financial systems
- Specialized knowledge of accounting/finance principles
- Skill in oral and written communication
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to perform intermediate-level accounting and financial analyses under limited supervision
- Ability to live within a commutable distance from our office in Amarillo, Texas
