Job Summary
Sr. Legal Analyst to support T-Mobile’s growing legal team, primarily backing the T-Ads function. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents requiring independent judgment, engaging in contract negotiations, drafting contracts and reviewing redlines, managing templates and playbooks, overseeing contract and legal resource management tools, conducting complex legal research and risk evaluation, taking the lead on substantive regulatory filings and contract workstreams, and developing guidance and training for employees on complex legal issues.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior support role working in a legal office
- ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- detail-oriented and organized with a sense of urgency
- collaborative team player
- advanced MS Office skills and comfort with digital tools
