Job Summary
Sr. Leasing Consultant at GSC responsible for welcoming potential residents via phone or in-person, assisting with apartment searches and tours, coordinating rental applications and qualification processes, collaborating with the Property Manager on events, assisting with lease renewals and resident requests, and delivering exemplary customer service to residents, prospects, internal associates, and external vendors. The role calls for sales and customer-service experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service
- Previous leasing experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
