Sr. Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary
Senior-level role driving capability-building through strategic and execution-focused learning experiences. Partners with HRBPs and business leaders to analyze needs, design scalable programs (onboarding, manager effectiveness, functional skills, AI fluency), and deliver both instructor-led and digital learning. Responsibilities include needs analysis, instructional design (ADDIE or equivalent), facilitation (virtual and in-person), content development with Articulate 360, measurement of outcomes, and end-to-end program management. Requires deep expertise in instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and a proven ability to create scalable learning journeys that drive measurable impact. Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience are required; role involves collaboration across India and globally as part of the Global Learning Development Center of Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field
- Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
- Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs in a corporate environment
