Sr. Learning & Development Partner

Job Summary
Serve as the primary Learning & Development point of contact for Latin America, acting as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on learning and talent development needs. Consult with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, recommend learning solutions, and align development initiatives with business priorities. Translate global learning strategies into meaningful regional initiatives while sharing regional best practices across the global L&D network. Facilitate sessions and training related to professional, business, and leadership skills, including a combination of in-person and virtual delivery. Assist with the instructional design of new programs, promote E-learning content, and create development tracks with LinkedIn Learning. Support the Shared Services learning roadmap for Costa Rica, including the Onboarding process, and manage leadership assessment processes. Generate learning analytics, HRIS reports, and executive summaries to support business decision-making. Manage external learning vendors to ensure learning solutions remain current and aligned, overseeing purchase requisitions and invoices. Work at our office in AFZ, Heredia on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with 20% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica

- Occasional additional office days due to specific business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience with significant experience in Learning & Development
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify organizational development needs
- Experience facilitating instructor-led learning programs in both virtual and in-person environments
- Experience designing learning solutions and adult learning experiences
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Fluency in English
- Delivers engaging learning experiences, both virtually and in person, using relevant examples and interactive techniques to maximize learner engagement and application
- Builds trusted relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify development needs, provide strategic learning solutions, and influence decisions aligned with business priorities
- Communicates clearly and professionally while fostering strong partnerships across teams, valuing diverse perspectives, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals
- Connects global learning strategies with regional business needs, sharing best practices while balancing enterprise objectives with local execution
