Sr. Lean Six Sigma Manager

Job Summary
Manage through Lean Six Sigma managers and staff to drive strategic and tactical action plans for measurable business process improvements. Work with site leaders to implement visual management systems, offer LSS tools and training, and mobilize teams as the Lead "Change Agent" for LSS. Track metrics to identify improvement opportunities, validate financial costs and benefits, and regulate best practices across all plants and divisions. Mentor Lean Champions and Black Belts, lead Kaizen Events, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies. Requires ASQ Black Belt certification and 8-10 years in manufacturing management. Regular business hours with up to 50% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years experience in Manufacturing Mgmt, Engineering Mgmt, or Project Mgmt
- 5 years working in global and multifunctional environments
- Minimum Black Belt certified by recognized organizations in industry (e.g. ASQ, SME, Shingo Prize)
- Project and facilitation experience in heavily matrixed environment
- Change Management experience
- Bachelor's in IE, Ops Research or related field preferred
