Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer responsible for providing technical guidance to teams, delivering secure, high-quality production code, influencing product design and technical operations, and acting as a subject matter expert across focus areas. The role emphasizes leadership, engagement with firmwide SDLC frameworks and practices, and the application of leading-edge technologies within an agile environment. Key responsibilities include mentoring teams, reviewing and debugging code, driving architectural decisions, and contributing to an inclusive team culture. Required capabilities include cloud service development, multi-language proficiency (C#, C++, Go, Python, Java), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), API security and identity federation, SaaS security controls, and experience building scalable distributed systems with high throughput.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification with 5+ years of cloud service development & integration experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced in two or more programming language(s) C#, C++, Go, Python, and Java
- Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Proficient in OAuth, SAML, API security, and identity federation
- Proven ability to build scalable distributed systems handling high throughput traffic in a cloud native environment.
- Experience in SaaS application security controls, data loss prevention policies, and integration with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
