Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer responsible for guiding agile teams, delivering secure high-quality production code, cloud-native development on AWS, building microservices and REST APIs, leveraging Java/J2EE and front-end React/Angular, contributing to SDLC frameworks, workflow in CI/CD, knowledge of databases, Git, Maven, and security.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced in one or more programming language(s) - Java, J2ee, Front End (React, Angular)
- Experience with Relational Databases & SQL
- Knowledge of GIT, bitbucket, Maven
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Practical cloud native experience- AWS cloud with hands-on various AWS services- Cloud Computing, Spring boot, Spring cloud
- Experience with development of microservices and REST API
- Experience in Java 8/11/17, Object-Oriented design & analysis is a plus
- Knowledge on Big Data technical stack preferably with spark
- Experience with Unix, shell scripts, python is a plus
