Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software for the JPMorgan Chase Client Services Platform. Utilize Java, Spring, and React; review and debug code; advance AI-driven improvements in development and operations. Lead hands-on system design, application development, testing, and ensure operational stability; build and deploy scalable cloud-based architectures; work with SQL and Snowflake for data management and sharing. Collaborate with Product Owners and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions; serve as primary point of contact for product-related matters with accountability across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development or related fields
- Proficiency in Java, React/JavaScript, SQL, Cloud and messaging technologies such as Kafka
- Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Knowledge of deployment processes and version control systems (GIT)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability
