Job Summary
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of product and engineering lifecycle capabilities for enterprise workflow tooling (Jira, Jira Product Discovery) across the organization. Own and evolve the backlog for Jira-related capabilities, drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to adoption, partner with Product Management, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable outcomes, and translate user feedback into opportunities and enhancements. Drive integration and automation across the Atlassian ecosystem, define requirements and acceptance criteria, influence stakeholders, and lead change-management efforts while embedding risk and governance considerations into delivery. This role requires deep Atlassian expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate in regulated environments with cross-functional collaboration across multiple enterprise teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of product management experience or portfolio demonstrating delivery of complex products
- Experience owning strategy and delivery for complex products, platforms, or enterprise workflow capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, operations, compliance, legal, risk, and stakeholders
- Deep functional expertise with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Jira Product Discovery
- Ability to define product vision, backlog, requirements, and success metrics
- Strong product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, user stories
- Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise environments
- Experience driving adoption, training, and change enablement
- Experience operating in regulated environments with risk, governance, security, and compliance considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence
- Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided
