Job Summary

Senior Lead, Funnel Governance & Performance Insights leads a new center of excellence that defines and enforces sales funnel hygiene standards, monitors KPI performance, and drives dashboard design/adoption across GTM segments. Partners with Sales Operations, executive Segment Sales Leaders, FP&A, and BI/Reporting teams to ensure accurate funnel data, consistent KPI definitions, and actionable insights for leadership to hit plan and mitigate risk. Responsibilities include establishing funnel hygiene rules and SLAs, publishing regional scorecards, partnering to remediate gaps, developing enablement programs, monitoring KPIs (adds, stage velocity, coverage, renewal health, win rate, mix), producing executive narratives, standardizing KPI definitions, owning dashboards as a product (requirements, UX, metric design), validating data accuracy with BI/Reporting, driving adoption, and leading cross-functional governance. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in relevant fields; strong experience with Salesforce and Power BI (and familiarity with Anaplan/SAP); exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership. The role emphasizes governance, data accuracy, and business insights with a remote work setup in the US and a compensation range aligned to state-level data.

Required Qualifications
