Job Summary
Senior Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for end-to-end delivery of electrical systems, including distribution, lighting, and power design. Lead project teams, develop workplans, prepare narratives, calculations, drawings and specifications, attend client meetings, and coordinate between external and internal teams. Apply engineering judgment from concept through construction, oversee calculations and equipment selection, perform site visits, provide staff mentorship, and maintain master specifications and standards. Utilize distribution load flow, short-circuit, and arc-flash analysis (Easy Power), develop client relationships, and ensure project quality per the QMP. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PE credential, and 2-4 years lead experience or 5-10 years related experience; proficient in AutoCAD/Revit and electrical engineering concepts; strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work schedule in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Relevant Professional Credential (PE)
- Minimum 2-4 years of Lead Electrical Engineering or 5-10 years’ related work experience
- Able to assemble and run a team
- Strong delegation skills
- Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Revit/AutoCAD and Easy Power
