Sr. Lead Data Product Manager

Job Summary
Lead data product management for the enterprise data science platform, partnering with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML Ops to enable adoption of data assets and compliant data use. Define the vision, roadmap, and technical requirements for data and analytics capabilities; manage backlog and prioritize features, platform enhancements, and risk controls; collaborate to migrate data science workloads to the enterprise ML Ops workbench; ensure data availability, quality, governance, and security; drive adoption metrics and value realization while aligning with POTD principles and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
- 9+ years' experience in product management, data management, or consulting with a proven track record
- 5+ years' experience working with data teams (data engineers, data scientists, software developers, data analysts)
- Strong business intuition and ability to translate complex data strategies for business and technical audiences
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL
- Experience with product analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, Mixpanel)
- Background in data governance, data quality, and data management concepts
