Candidates must possess a minimum of eight years of experience, with a strong foundation in marketing analytics and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python. The position demands critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience
- Five years in advanced marketing strategy and optimization analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python for data manipulation
- Understanding of Marketing and Funnel KPIs like ROI, LTV, Attribution Metrics, Engagement Metrics
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with partner and support organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- Experience with big data cloud platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance
- Skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
