Job Summary
Lead the development of automation solutions supporting cybersecurity platforms and processes. Design scalable integrations, workflows, and reporting capabilities using Python, Azure, APIs, GitHub, and ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Build API integrations across cybersecurity and enterprise platforms, automate workflows and data collection, and develop reusable automation frameworks and cloud-native solutions. Integrate ServiceNow, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise tools to automate dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting. Mentor team members on automation best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields
- Strong Python development and automation expertise
- Experience with REST APIs, Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
- Experience building integrations, workflows, and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud-based solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or enterprise technology teams through automation solutions
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and processes
Desired Qualifications
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with Power BI, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies
- Azure or automation-related certifications
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools and platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead large-scale automation initiatives
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
