Job Summary
Senior SAP PP/QM Lead with 12+ years of experience to drive SAP PP/QM implementations and upgrades across manufacturing environments. Lead requirement gathering, configure SAP PP (Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Work Centers & Routing, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control) and SAP QM processes (Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Vendor Quality Management, Audit Management), and coordinate integration with MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI. Support SAP S/4HANA migration, prepare functional specifications for ABAP enhancements, conduct SIT/UAT and production deployments, develop process documentation, train end-users, and mentor junior consultants.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years SAP PP/QM experience
- Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing processes, production planning and quality management
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Ability to design, configure, implement and support SAP PP/QM solutions
- Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, FI
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers
- SIT, UAT, and regression testing experience
- End-user training and mentoring of junior consultants
