Senior Lead Cloud Network Engineer responsible for leading network architecture and implementation within JPMorganChase’s Consumer & Community Banking Networking Infrastructure, designing secure, scalable network solutions, guiding cross-team discussions on routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud networking, advocating for standards, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience in networking
- 10 years network engineering experience with 5 years in public cloud
- Hands-on experience in network design, implementation, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced proficiency in network scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Ansible)
- Deep knowledge of networks, protocols, cloud networking, network security, SDN
- Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network, Google Cloud Networking)
- Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
