Job Summary
Senior Lead Architect responsible for governance and driving architecture across software applications and platforms. Leads evaluation of current and new technologies, provides technical guidance to business and engineering teams, develops secure, high-quality production code, and reviews others' code. Acts as a function-wide SME in one or more focus areas, promotes firmwide SDLC practices, and influences product design and operations. Requires formal software engineering training/certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience, with advanced knowledge in programming, architecture, cloud native solutions, and technology evaluation. Location: Hyderabad, India.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years of applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced in one or more programming languages
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with substantial-depth knowledge in at least one technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI, ML, mobile)
- Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
- Practical cloud native experience
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
