Job Summary
Senior SAP EHS Lead Consultant responsible for gathering requirements, configuring and supporting SAP EHS modules (Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Compliance Management, Environment Management, Occupational Health, Product Safety, Dangerous Goods), SAP S/4HANA EHS cloud deployments, preparing functional specs, coordinating workshops and UAT, data migration, integration with PM/MM/QM/HR, issue analysis, collaboration with technical teams, ensuring safety regulations and reporting standards, and participating in rollout and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP EHS with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations
- Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Assessment
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to EHS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- SAP certification in EHS or SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction industries is an added advantage
