Sr Land Administration Assistant

Job Summary
Process incoming and outgoing mail, create and route inquiries regarding owner communication, escheat candidates, and returned division orders to appropriate title teams. Update owner accounts within the record database, prepare and track Division Orders and Transfer Orders, and draft routine correspondence letters. Coordinate legal document recording with county courthouses, perform LexisNexis research to locate owners and verify records, match Tax Identification Numbers for IRS compliance, and set up title opinions in the land system. Provide administrative support to Title Analysts by scheduling meetings and coordinating travel. Requires 5+ years of administrative office experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative office experience
- Prior experience working with Land or Land Administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and processes
- Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High School diploma or GED
