Job Summary
Senior Labor Communications Consultant leads strategic labor-communications initiatives, developing and executing plans for labor negotiations and contract administration. Responsible for end-to-end communication strategy, translating labor strategy into clear messaging for Leaders and Employees, and producing materials such as memos, letters, negotiation updates, toolkits, presentations, FAQs, and articles. Collaborates with Negotiating Teams, Operations Leaders, and Communications partners to align messaging and execution; monitors industry trends and labor-related narratives, and advises on risks and opportunities. Requires expert written and verbal communication, ability to influence without authority, confidentiality, and readiness to work at the Dallas, TX headquarters during business hours; travel as needed. Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States.
