Sr, Lab Scientist, Applications [IC/IC-MS]

Senior Lab Scientist – Applications (IC/IC-MS) to provide scientific expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal partners in the CMD division. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations related to ion chromatography and mass spectrometry, delivering pre-sales support at customer sites, enabling post-sales training and application support, developing and optimizing analytical methods, interpreting data, solving complex analytical challenges, and mentoring junior colleagues. Requires a Master’s degree (or higher) in chemistry/biochemistry or related field, 3-5 years of hands-on chromatography/MS experience, ability to travel up to ~25%, and strong communication skills for presenting scientific concepts and driving customer satisfaction. Travel and collaboration across marketing and sales are key components of the role. The role is based in Bannockburn, Illinois, USA.
