Job Summary
Lead knowledge management efforts for a federal government contract by designing, implementing, and optimizing knowledge management systems that support data operations. Responsibilities include developing and executing an KM strategy, coordinating tools and data resources, managing hardware/software requirements, designing and administering KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint sites, wikis, intranets, databases), building the information architecture and taxonomy, overseeing content lifecycle, and training employees on KM tools while promoting a knowledge-sharing culture. Also responsible for analyzing user feedback and platform analytics to improve the user experience and guide future KM developments. Requires 12+ years of KM experience, Bachelor's degree, and active TS/SCI clearance (with CI Poly if needed). Location is HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications

- 12+ years experience in knowledge management
- Bachelor's degree in information management, business, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook) in the last 5 years
