Job Summary
Sr Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical applications and systems to enable scalable, cloud-native solutions and enterprise integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver API-led architectures, microservices, and DevOps-enabled deployments across AWS/Azure, with strong emphasis on security, performance, and reliability. Key focus areas include Java/Spring Boot-based Web API development, relational databases (MySQL/Oracle), CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with React/Angular frontend stacks where applicable. The role requires mentoring teammates, participating in on-call rotations, and crafting thorough technical documentation while contributing to the overall software architecture and DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems development or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Java/Spring (Spring Boot)
- Experience with Web API development and consumption
- Relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle
- Proficiency with Git
- Knowledge of AWS cloud platform and services
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
