Job Summary
Ensure technologies remain updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture meeting enterprise standards. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, then develop, test, and deploy applications and systems. Revise, update, refactor, and debug code while improving existing Java applications and systems. Proactively monitor performance utilization, troubleshoot software or hardware failures, and manage escalated tickets and out-of-cycle requests. Determine the best course of action for business needs, provide consultative expertise to customers, and identify best practices and standards for industry-specific applications requiring integration with statewide systems. Interact with executive-level business users or technical experts and function as a niche technical Subject Matter Expert.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience

- In-depth knowledge of JAVA and J2EE background
- Spring Technologies framework

- Experience with core JAVA development with strong back-end development
