Job Summary
SR IT Systems Analyst at SAG-AFTRA Federal Credit Union in Burbank, CA. The role is 100% in-person with no remote or hybrid option. Responsibilities include reviewing, maintaining, and improving the credit union’s information networks and security systems; troubleshooting and remediation; coordinating security audits and assessments; serving as a project manager for risk assessments, pen tests, and new security tool implementations; supervising external consultants; translating technical risks into business-level insights for senior leadership; administering cybersecurity training; supporting regulatory compliance with NCUA and FFIEC; participating in IT audits, IT risk assessments, and vendor reviews; maintaining the information security program and incident response components; and collaborating with IT and business units on risk assessments and remediation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in Information security and Network support functions.
- Information security certifications Security+ or equivalent.
- Network certifications Network+, Server+ or equivalents.
- Proven experience in Project Management.
- Knowledge of managing security and technology controls.
- Skill with building and executing Information security programs.
- Experience with security incident response process and program.
- Experience with regulatory compliance obligations (NCUA and FFIEC).
- Experience with third party IT audits, IT Reviews, and IT risk assessments.
- Excellent analytical, detail, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to receive and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
