Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, and billing systems with a focus on data transformation and real-time synchronization. Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation while supporting the Atlassian application stack, including Jira, Confluence, and Service Management, by managing custom workflows, schemes, and security settings. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work through deep understanding of operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing applications in large enterprise environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing applications in large enterprise environments
- Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
- Experience with scripting (such as Groovy, Python, or Java)
- U.S. citizen or national
- U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
- Eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- Strong experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java) and SQL (especially with ScriptRunner)
- Strong experience upgrading Atlassian applications such as Jira/Confluence in a large, clustered Linux production environment
- Hands-on experience integrating Atlassian tools with other internal systems, CRM, ERP, or billing platforms
- Experience with migrating data between other application platforms
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with various business groups (software development teams and other business units)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring or training other team members
