Job Summary

Sr IT Support Engineer will provide timely tier 1/2 technical support to clients via calls, chats, queues, and emails, manage incident tickets, document investigations, and assist with onboarding and knowledge-base updates. Responsibilities include monitoring ticket queues, escalating where needed, maintaining system security, creating user accounts, writing technical documentation, and supporting ITIL incident management practices. The role requires strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, AD/AAD, MFA, VPN, virtualization/remote access technologies (RDS, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365), PowerShell scripting, and clear client communication. Onsite in Manila, Philippines with potential for after-hours coverage in a 24/7 Service Desk environment; some travel may be required. Qualifications include extensive experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk role, plus relevant certifications or equivalent experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
