Job Summary
Senior IT Project Manager, I&O responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream IT infrastructure programs across Meriton. Lead delivery of initiatives spanning cloud migration, data center operations, network modernization, end-user computing, and IT service delivery. Partner with the Enterprise Systems PMO to uphold standards, governance, and cross-functional alignment. Own project lifecycle from initiation to closing; define roadmaps, KPIs/OKRs, and resourcing; manage risks, issues, changes, budgets, and vendor relationships. Drive PMO governance, delivery methodologies (Agile/Kanban/Waterfall/hybrid), executive-level reporting, and stakeholder engagement; mentor teams, ensure smooth handoffs to operations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive IT project and program management experience in IT infrastructure
- Experience across IT infrastructure domains (cloud migration, data center, network, end-user computing, cybersecurity, facilities IT)
- Strong command of Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Budget management experience for $500K+ programs
- Proficiency with PM tools (Projility, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization for exec reporting
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation with senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification; PgMP a strong plus
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher; ITSM experience preferred
- Experience building/maturing PMO practices in I&O/enterprise IT
- Experience with organizational change management (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent)
- Experience with facilities IT infrastructure (cabling, AV, access control) a plus
- Familiarity with IT cost allocation (CapEx vs OpEx)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to manage cross-functional distributed teams
