Job Summary
Senior Epic IT Analyst responsible for design, build, testing, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of Epic Cadence and Referrals applications, leading complex initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with operational and IT teams. Responsibilities include independent Epic design/configuration/testing/optimization, managing integrations with third-party vendors and internal apps, supporting system upgrades and release management, creating training materials, and communicating project status to leadership and end users. Requires strong Epic Cadence and Referrals experience (3+ years), healthcare operations exposure (revenue cycle, patient scheduling, finance/billing), and a Bachelor’s or equivalent combination. Certifications: Epic Cadence; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
