Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting end-user hardware and peripherals in on-site IT operations
- Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in on-site manufacturing/lab environments
- Experience with imaging systems, hardware troubleshooting, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with onsite inventory management and asset lifecycle processes
- Ability to travel up to 35% (overnight) and possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and deploy IT equipment as needed
- Coordination with Facilities, Logistics, and I&O teams
