Job Summary
Senior IT Business Systems Analyst based in Burbank, CA, responsible for assisting with reviewing, maintaining, and improving SAG-AFTRA Federal Credit Union’s information network and security systems; lead risk assessments, penetration testing, security tool implementations, and remediation; supervise external consultants for audits; provide management insight through detailed reports; administer cybersecurity training; support regulatory compliance obligations under NCUA and FFIEC; participate in IT risk assessments, third-party IT audits, IT reviews, vendor reviews, and updates to the information security program; coordinate with IT and business units on annual IT risk assessments and remediation; report to the CIO on remediation status and incident investigations; coordinate vulnerability scans and penetration tests with vendors; contribute to security incident response planning and information security program development.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of information security and network support experience
- Security+ certification or equivalent
- Network+ certification or Server+ certification
- Experience with ISACA, ISSA, FS-ISAC
- Project management experience
- Ability to perform risk assessments and audits
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (NCUA, FFIEC)
- Experience coordinating vulnerability scans and penetration testing
- Vendor management experience
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Experience with information security program development and incident response
- Experience with security controls and reporting to senior leadership
- Knowledge of business continuity planning (BCP/BIAs) and vendor reviews
- Experience with IT risk assessments and remediation
- Knowledge of security training and awareness programs
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and controls
- Ability to translate technical risks into business insights
