Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Partner with business and operations teams to understand and document system requirements for SAP Plant Maintenance and Primavera P6 applications. Serve as the primary liaison between IT and end users across plant and project environments, troubleshooting system issues, supporting testing efforts, and assisting with configuration changes. Deliver user training and support to non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with ERP, project management, and operations teams on system improvements. Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and implementation initiatives, traveling to plant sites to support system adoption, training, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role
- Experience with SAP (Plant Maintenance preferred) and/or Primavera P6
- Background supporting ERP systems within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Location: Remote but must be based in Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, or Iowa
- Travel: 25–30% (U.S., Canada, UK)
