Job Summary
Sr IT Business Partner – Sales Enablement leads the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of AI-enabled Sales Enablement tools for Commercial and Sales leaders. Partners with sales stakeholders to understand field needs, translate them into scalable AI training and enablement solutions, and ensure adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of applications supporting sales training, coaching, and execution. Requires hands-on ownership of AI applications, collaboration with Sales Enablement, training, and change management teams, and ensuring security, compliance, and scalability across sales organizations and regions. The role involves roadmap planning, documenting business processes, training business counterparts, and serving as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders with a hybrid work schedule in Libertyville, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Experience with sales enablement or commercial operations
- Experience with Sales Enablement platforms, CRM ecosystems, or AI-driven training and coaching tools
- Strong presentation and training experience in-person and virtual
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technology and AI solutions
- Experience supporting global or regional sales organizations
