Job Summary
Sr IT Business Analyst to support the Planning Tower across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Portfolio Management, Franchise, Analytics, and Allocation. Acts as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure planning solutions are aligned, scalable, and insight-driven. Responsibilities include requirements gathering (workshops/interviews), translating business needs into functional/non-functional requirements, solution design review with architects/product managers, documentation of processes and user stories, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), go-live/hypercare support, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Emphasis on continuous improvement, automation, analytics, and staying current with IBP planning practices. Required experience includes 5+ years in supply chain planning or BA, proficiency with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9), strong Excel/Power BI/SQL, and Agile or hybrid delivery. Excellent communication and ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or business analysis
- Hands-on support of planning tools or platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9)
- Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory, and Allocation
- Strong skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities
