Job Summary
Sr. IT Audit Manager to lead technology audit coverage for a digital bank. Direct and execute complex IT audits of modern infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data architectures; challenge control weaknesses; build relationships with business partners; apply data analytics (SQL) for population-level testing; assess ITGC supporting financial reporting; translate technical risks for executives and the Board; role includes potential bonus/equity and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of IT audit or technology risk management experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing people or leading complex audit projects
- Comfortable navigating cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
- Knowledge of ITGC and regulatory guidance for technology, cybersecurity, and information security in financial services
- Professional designations such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, or cloud certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Security) are highly desired but practical ability to execute matters most
- Effective communication adaptable to audiences
