Job Summary
Conduct routine and non-routine system administration, tier 2 end-user support, and technical complex support tasks for internal and external customers. Provide guidance on application functionality, escalate incidents per the defined path, and perform system checks, QC tasks, and User Acceptance Testing. Act as a change advocate to improve system efficiency, collect activity measurements, and implement ongoing improvements aligned with organizational strategy while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Work night shifts (10 PM to 7 AM or 2 PM to 11 PM Philippines Time) in a fast-paced environment requiring independent problem-solving and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Critical to be a great listener who communicates obsessively with the customer
- Forecasting and Measuring
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Analytic, problem-solving, written/oral presentation skills
- Technical skills to translate business requirements into terms developers and testers can understand
- Aptitude for synthesizing complex data into key components that drive informed decisions
- Working night shifts based on business needs
- Shift schedule of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Philippines Time), or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Philippines Time)
