Job Summary
Sr. Investor, Corporate Development Strategy leads market and financial analyses, builds a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, and drives diligence and transaction execution to inform Intuitive’s growth priorities. Collaborates with Corporate Strategy, Finance, Ventures, and Business Units to align long-term strategy with execution; develops financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario frameworks; supports deals from early evaluation through integration planning; coordinates cross-functional teams across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Business Units; travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. Requires 7–10 years of experience in relevant finance/strategy roles within medical devices and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/MD/PhD strongly preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for executive and Board-level discussions.
Required Qualifications

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in equity research, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance within medical devices
