Job Summary
Sr Inventory Planner responsible for projections and purchasing for areas of responsibility, leading or coordinating one or more Control Buyers, forecasting and inventory strategies, review and approve vendor buy plans, manage Open to Buy and budget-related items, travel to DC and Call Center, participate in catalog-proof processes, lead meetings, and develop staff; requires onsite in SF with a Friday remote option, 3-5 years retail experience, strong Excel/Outlook/ MS Access skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years retail experience (planning, buying, purchasing) or related experience
- Computer skills -- Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, MS Access
- Strong business acumen, financial analysis, and technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to prioritize and schedule work in a deadline driven environment
- Superior written, communication, presentation, and listening skills
