Job Summary
Senior-level inventory management role focused on warehouse operations for lab services. Responsibilities include using RF handheld scanners and mobile apps for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing; performing labware operations including precision cleaning, quality control, and sterilization; receiving and inspecting shipments; maintaining accurate inventory records; engaging with internal partners via email and phone to resolve questions; contributing to workflow improvements; adhering to GMP, safety and PPE standards; working Wednesday-Saturday 6:00am–4:30pm; requires strong attention to detail, English communication skills, and the ability to operate in a warehouse environment with PPE and occasional heavy lifting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience
