Sr. Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary
Manage all aspects of inventory control to ensure accurate material, parts, and assemblies are available at the right locations. Develop and implement inventory procedures within the ERP system while overseeing the full lifecycle from receipts to physical audits and variance reconciliation. Analyze data trends to identify process improvements, set metrics, and coordinate with Production Control to align material flow and stocking levels. Optimize physical layouts for picking efficiency, track lot traceability, and ensure timely component delivery to the Production Floor. Adhere to 5S standards and company policies in a warehouse and office setting. This role supports operational efficiency and cost management for Hydraflow's manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and inventory environment
- Experience in managing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Cost accounting experience
- Familiarity with lot traceability
- Hands on experience using an ERP system for inventory transactions
- Strong problem solving skills and decision making abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (able to read, speak, write and understand)
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Must be a U.S. Person based on ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
