Job Summary

Create Purchase Requisitions for site and Balance of Plan operations, perform all inventory movements and shipping/receiving duties in SAP, and maintain accurate master data and bin locations. Conduct Quarterly counts, analyze product usage to adjust MRP, and track serialized components while resolving discrepancies. Generate inventory and logistics reports, manage warranty claims for sites under warranty, and act as a liaison between OEM and site operations. Perform daily and monthly inspections at assigned sites, request new part creation, and communicate ship dates to vendors. Work independently with occasional guidance, maintaining a strong safety culture mindset and adapting to changes in workload or direction.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Material Management in SAP MM or similar maintenance system
  • Associate's degree or higher in business or technical field
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with various levels of personnel and departments, vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory processes
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • CPR and first aid certification
  • Minimum intermediate Office Suite computer skills
  • Ability to research and correct invoicing issues, inventory discrepancies, and goods issue/goods receipt
  • Ability to follow prepared work instructions
  • Ability to source other parts with the aid of procurement and engineering
  • Ability to adjust readily to changes in direction and work priorities
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to make decisions for all issues related to discipline(s) with limited and/or available information
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
