Sr. Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

Plan display build schedules and components using JDE/ERP systems, creating work orders and purchase orders for display components. Manage stock transfers between branch plants and maintain inventory accuracy through mandatory cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and metrics reporting. Collaborate with visual merchandising and customer service to ensure display builds and shipments stay on track. Audit applications and processes for data integrity, identifying daily inventory discrepancies and partnering with logistics for resolution. Reconcile inventory adjustments and analyze weekly and monthly cycle count reports for each site, including procedural audits for 3PL facilities. Perform continuous improvement programs to optimize supply chain and inventory processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Planning experience using ERP system
  • Experience creating and reporting inventory Metrics
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment
  • Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, schedule multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and adjust to changing priorities and assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and relate well with others from a variety of backgrounds and levels
  • Strong knowledge and ability of data mining and reporting tools (i.e. Cetova, JDE, Power BI)
  • Must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others
  • Travel required between sites
  • Overtime may be required during peak periods

Desired Qualifications

  • AA degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management/Logistics
  • 5 years of inventory control work experience
  • American Production & Inventory Control (APICS) certification
  • Process and computerized systems knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials, and inventory control
  • Experience working with JD Edwards or SAP system
