Sr. Inventory Accountant

Job Summary
Sr. Inventory Accountant assists with global inventory accounting activities across multiple business units, including month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations, and standard costing updates. Responsible for manufacturing variance analysis and BOM cost verifications for sites in the U.S., U.K., and Europe, and for preparing and distributing monthly global inventory reports. Supports annual physical inventory processes, audits, and special projects, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and timely, accurate inventory data. Requires experience with manufacturing environments and ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Dynamics 365).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- Overall work experience 5 -7 years, minimum 2 - 5 year experience in a manufacturing or similar production environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other large ERP systems a plus
