Job Summary
Senior Workday Integrations Developer on the People Systems team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations across our global ecosystem using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST). Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions; provide production support; develop inbound/outbound integrations; ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security; manage deployments across tenants; create technical documentation; and explore AI tools to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience in a global environment
- Strong experience with Workday integration tools including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST), Workday Extend, Orchestrate
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies
- Experience with integration middleware or iPaaS solutions (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus
- Strong understanding of Workday data models, business objects, and security framework
- Familiarity with HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and downstream system integrations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Workday Agents
