Job Summary
Conduct targeted micro consulting engagements to solve customer business needs using Workday applications. Deliver small scope consulting, provide configuration guidance, and perform feature demonstrations to drive adoption. Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues or optimize settings for customer requirements. Create and deliver customer presentations, including Accelerator Webinars, and conduct one-on-one guidance for feature adoption. Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities and perform configuration and business requirements reviews. Execute deployments including full deployment of Workday features and lead office hours for appointment-based consulting. Travel up to 20% to support customers on-site or in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Integrations Consultant
- 5-7+ years of experience with HCM and Finance systems, including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- Experience with Workday Cloud Connect for HCM, Cloud Connect for Financials and Workday Studio for HCM and Financials
- Proficiency with web service technologies with REST & SOAP based web services, JSON, XML and XSLT
- Fluency in English and another language either French, Spanish, Italian or German
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in: Integrations, Studio
- Experience with middleware systems
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
