Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in integrated photonics product development and engineering
- Strong knowledge of integrated photonics, optical packaging, and photonics product development processes
- Experience with modulators, optoelectronics, and thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) technology
- Proficiency in high-speed RF design and analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
