Job Summary
Sr. Inside Territory Manager needed to manage an assigned portfolio of Foremost Independent Agencies, prospect and appoint new agencies, drive profitable premium growth, and act as the primary relationship between the agency and Farmers. Responsibilities include developing and promoting Foremost products and services, planning and executing territory strategies, building agency partnerships using a consultative sales framework, delivering underwriting philosophy and product training, ensuring quality of new business flow and profitability, and collaborating with internal teams to support growth, risk management, and product rollout. The role may be virtual or hybrid with field travel; strong emphasis on leadership, strategic account management, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma (or equivalent), with a preference for a bachelor's degree, five years of insurance distribution experience, and state licenses preferred; candidates should be comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and travel as needed.
